here’s a photo of the beach at the Upper Mystic Lake in Medford. As I’ve been extending my runs, I randomly discovered this just about 2.5 miles from my house (side note: my runs are up to 5 miles now… when my knees cooperate). Yes, I’ve been living in Medford for over three years now and only found this now. Google tells me this is actually Sandy Beach, technically in Winchester, and people on Yelp seem to like it. Here’s a map.
